I really wanted to do something with the chinese partisan unit so I made this scenario to see what I can be do with it. This is not based in any historical battles. Also I am unable to get the pictures working so event pictures are blank.

Re event pics, maybe the pic below is of help?

Basically event pics need to be named like their corresponding entries in the box. You can choose the name freely though, if you enter event_pic_partisans, the game will look for a picture file named event_pic_partisans.png in your scn folder.

Also, remember that for some reason, pictures do not appear when you test run the scenario in the editor. Try playing the scenario in the game itself and you will see the picture, if that was the problem.

I think that they should use explosives (TNT) to destroy all infrastructure on the hex like Engineers.

I just finished this scenario and... it was strange, mainly because of its very geometrical topology. Other than that, it's fun to use the partisans to harass the enemy supply lines for once

Glad you liked it. I would say the way the map is set up is due to a slight lack of creativity on my part.
