I am of course have 3 messages thats game give me before crash, but

Do you have any crashes when playing single player? Are you playing a Steam or a stand alone version of the game?

. Please try first Step 1 and if the issue still persists try Step 2.
Step 1: Run the game as Administrator
- Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
- Go to Properties, then to the Local Files tab.
- Click Browse Local Files.
- Locate the game executable (the application file).
- Right-click it and go to Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Check the "Run this program as an administrator" box.
- Click Apply. Having done this, restart Steam and try launching the game again.
Step 2: Run Steam as Administrator
- Navigate your Steam installation file (By default, it is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam).
- Right-click the Steam executable.
- Follow the above steps to set it to Run as Administrator.
- Restart Steam.

This not sove the problem, but I know what cause it. Russian localization is incompatible with multiplayer.

As Iain mentioned I'm sorry you are having problems with multiplayer but we are a little confused as to whats causing it as the game has not been localised into Russian.
I assume you are playing in English
Can you help us by providing some or all of the following information:
Exactly where the game crashes and what you or the game are doing at the time?
What the error messages are that you get
Can you send us the error logs - you will find these in C:\Users\[name]\Documents\My Games\SANCTUS\error.log and error_trace.txt
