Launch problems?

I just got a new computer with Windows 10 and The Pacific downloaded but it won't update or take any of my physical download DLC's. Any idea why?

What version number of the game are you running?
You can see the version number displayed in the bottom of the game main menu screen.

It's the original OoB game I bought a year or so back. 1.5.8. Can't get it to update and when it takes a half hour or so to update, it takes me to the OoB free play screen. I even downloaded it also to no avail. I have all the DLC's for this game and can't quite figure out how to get it to update. Any help or a link would be very helpful. It's the original game I bought when it first came out. Thank you for any help.

I had a similar issue some time ago. I uninstalled the game. I downloaded the version from the free play area. I reinstalled the game. Once it was reinstalled, I had the game update itself to the latest version. Then I reinstalled the DLCs using the original key code. Bingo! All was fine.

Update it manually. Download Order of Battle: WW2 from this link:

http://ftp.us.matrixgames.com/pub/Order ... e-v248.zip

Once you have downloaded the file please unzip it. Run the extracted file to update the game.

Then download the last patch from the link below:

http://ftp.us.matrixgames.com/pub/Order ... p-v342.zip

Unzip it. Run the extracted file to update the game.

Thank you very much! That did the trick and the DLC's are loading now. I love this whole game and all it's DLC's. New fast PC and they look great. I can't thank you enough!
