Ki-27 Fighter Missing Unit Trait (v3.4.2)

In Morning Sun, the Japanese fighter Ki-27 does not have a Unit Trait listed. I expected to see Dogfighter, like the Ki-10 fighter, or Interceptor (or both). The Ki-27 can still engage enemy fighters without the Dogfighter designation. The Ki-27 also has higher attack factors against large and small air targets, and a higher defence factor against air targets, than the Ki-10 fighter. Does the lack of a Unit Trait mean that the air unit is generally good as a Dogfighter and as an Interceptor, or does it imply something else?
