OOB: WW2 v 3.42 vs OOB: Blitzkrieg v 2.96

Good Day All,
I am running the game on an iMac. And I like playing OOB. I have discovered if you have the latest version of OOB: WW2, downloaded for free, and then purchase the DLC Blitzkrieg, everything stops after choosing the Blitzkrieg campaign to play. It goes to the next window of the Pacific region and just sits there. Very disappointing. I have also figured out I should not have put the WW2 3.42 over the WW2 2.48. This, if I had not done it, would have allowed me to play the OOB: Blitzkrieg as it was intended, I believe.
So what I need to know is where to get the OOB: WW2 2.48? I assume after I install OOB: WW2 v2.48 and the Blitzkrieg v2.96 then install OOB: WW2 3.42 everything should work properly. I hope. Does this all make sense to anyone?

Some help would be greatly appreciated.
