Hi fellow Parliamentarians,
After talking with Warlord (in Northumberland), I've decided to do the following
Seaport (flying column) starting from Ayreshire 45 -> Dumfriesshire 47 -> Berwickshire 46

Re: ECW Campaign 2017 Parliament Line of Communication
If it pleases my fellow Gentlemen Generals and if God be willing..
The God-fearing troops of Essex (14) will form a flying column and march with haste to London. Upon seizing the capitol they should hence march back to Essex (14).
(I suspect that Duke Lascar of Norfolk will not be able to resist trying to raid south with a flying column of Royalist trying to capture Suffolk and Essex and claiming the whole of East Anglia IV). I am planning to fight him in Essex on home turf with a 50pt advantage!)

I am a bit surrounded here in Wales , with Damatrois in Ireland to the North and TMG in Shropshire with BrentBJ in Gloustershire to my East.
I wonder what LFDLM is doing , unfortunately i can't ask what Warwickshire is doing as yet because its not allocated ?

I do not really have any ideas. Maybe with Hampshire and Essex we could close the door of SE Countries ?iandavidsmith wrote:I am a bit surrounded here in Wales , with Damatrois in Ireland to the North and TMG in Shropshire with BrentBJ in Gloustershire to my East.

If we take Berkshire (5) and Hertforshire (7), we can securise all the SE + London.

Re: ECW Campaign 2017 Parliament Line of Communication
Any ideas, Warlord? My position next to two enemies, both in striking range of my natural expansions, is highly precarious. Caution may be called for, but I'm not sure if I want to just hide.

Forces in 27 have decided to move through 28 as a flying column to occupy 25 before the Royalists in the area have posted their moves (and until I can recruit a gentleman to fill the role!)iandavidsmith wrote:I am a bit surrounded here in Wales , with Damatrois in Ireland to the North and TMG in Shropshire with BrentBJ in Gloustershire to my East.

This page is still open to spies so I would not give too much away until Gavin can close it.

PS feel free if you want to facebook each other rather than this thread but I find the locale of these threads easy to navigate rather than reloading a different application each time.

Just the security GD, so easy to enter the opposition's page as their position on the board changes and you can click without looking at the last position. Note this time this thread is the top spot, it was down at 3 earlier.
Are you able to get them set to 'members only' ? They were in the past ECW campaigns.

I understand your concern... Richard has passed on my request as he can't action it himself and I waiting for the programmer to get back to me (but I don't know how long it will take to process)Warlord wrote:PS feel free if you want to facebook each other rather than this thread but I find the locale of these threads easy to navigate rather than reloading a different application each time.

so in the meantime...as I'm not really part of the joint task force do feel free to use any means necessary to preserve your security... you could always pm each other an enigma code

What? Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!
