Hi there computer crashed and I have loaded all my Order of battle games from the Slitherine site, that I purchased. The menu is not showing Rising Sun and US Pacific. Why is that happening. The system wants me to buy the game again. Any help would be wonderful.

Re: Order of Battle Games - Reload cores
This may not be the right answer for you but I can tell you what I have had to do in the past for game re-installations and patches. You may still have Rising Sun and U.S. Pacific installed, but you should run their installation programs again. If you did not keep them, you may need to download the files again. You log into your Slitherine account and navigate to this portion of the page:
Click on "Core" for each game and it takes you to a page that looks like this:
Notice that the file is marked v248. That is correct. Re-installing it will not degrade your game back to that version. I've never been able to confirm it, but I think it's the same file for both Rising Sun and U.S. Pacific. To be on the safe side, I would download and reinstall both of them.
Doing so gives you the opportunity to re-enter the game key for each campaign. If you did not save your receipts, you may be able to copy and paste the game keys from your Slitherine account screen. Naturally, I have obscured my own in the screen print above.
So, this may fix your problem and you may see both campaigns available again on your start screen. If not, you will need to post here again and hope for an official response, because that's all I got. Good luck.

Re: Order of Battle Games - Reload cores
I have a problem with the Rising Sun Campaign: I have played and really enjoyed it 3 month ago, but now it is no longer available in my campaign menu.
The key is still available in my account, but all my tries to reinstall it have failed, even with the above procedure: Please Help!

1. Delete the Settings folder that can be found in the Windows documents folder at:
...\Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - WW2
2 . Reinstall Rising Sun
Run the game and check if the issue persists.
