4k full screen not working

Hi,

Reporting that the latest OOB version (Kreigsmarine) has issues in 4k resolution (3840x2160) and requesting a fix.

The issue:
In full screen mode, the mouse seems bounded to a box about 800 pixels offset to the right! In windowed mode the screen is ok, however with the full windows titlebar (say 20 pixels) at the top, this means the bottom 20 pixels are cut off (making things like the NEXT button in the briefings unclickable!). So please also make windowed mode borderless.

Current workaround:
I tried the 'usual trick' of setting the exe to 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings' but no joy.
The only solution is to select the next resolution down (however then you get letterboxing on the sides, not using the proper resolution, etc)

My rig:
multi-monitor setup - 2 x 4k monitors. Latest NVIDIA gfx driver w GTX980ti, Win10

Can you confirm this issue is still present after restarting the game (without changing windowed mode or resolution)?
