Unable to upload 15th turn using PBEM (Water & Steel)

I have tried 6 times to upload my 15th turn while playing "Water and Steel" with my brother (jmasno5). The screen shows the map and states it is uploading please wait. I have left my computer on for over 2 hours and the screen and message never changed. Can you please give us a nudge? and move us along.
