Save game not loading

Im 2/3rd thru with the second campaign and after clicking a skirmish map and selecting OK it goes to the loading screen, the red progress bar flashes full for a bout a tenth of a second and then fills partially and freezes. It just stays loading.

I have to actually sign out because it makes my mouse disappear when I alt-tab out. So then I gotta sign back into windows, sign back into steam, and relaunch the game. I cant get my save to load. Any ideas?

Hrmmm. Perhaps it was because my armylist.txt in Core Folder was altered. I restored it to the default file and it loaded which is a shame because after I altered it I was getting more troops choices for mechanized units. But it eventually broke I guess.

You should never alter the main game files. Create your own custom campaign in your local files folder, then you can tinker as desired
