Build is 1.3 OS Windows 10. When I log into multiplayer it says "login isnt activated"

I did and spoke with someone. This is the same issue have been having for a year with the game CTD and being non responsive during player history. Because I cant solve it and apparently u folks cant either, I make sure peeps I play with know it can happen but that I will stay true to the original turn I plotted if I have to re download the file. Other than that we have hashed this out for months banning me from multiplayer seems cruel as you guys wrote the code and cant fix it either. Not to mention having to replot a turn is far from fun and my win loss ratio clearly show I am not cheating.
