Another crash report 2.9.9

Here's another crash report. I included a system information text file in the zip so you have all of my hardware and OS info.

This was during the Tokyo scenario of the campaign. It started when i clicked on the end turn icon. Nothing happened after that. I included a screen grab of what the interface looked like. Tried loading the End of turn save and the program crashed. You'll notice the Ai thinking progress bar did not appear. It stayed on the last selected unit even though the hourglass icon disappeared.

Interesting, I also had trouble in the Tokyo scenario.
