Missing transport#3

I somehow have trouble seeing transport#3 in the purchase list of units. I first thought I’ve messed something up in units.csv with my mod again, but after restoring to vanilla I still don’t see any unit as third possible transport.
For example, in a 1945 Jap scenario, I don’t see the Type 1 Ho-Ha anymore. I only see the Type 94 truck (#1), Type 98 So-Da (#2), and the Type 1 Ho-Ki (#4) transport available for infantry.
Jap infantry has normally following transports defined in units.csv:
type94_truck, type98_so-da, type1_ho-ha, type1_ho-ki,

Can someone confirm this?

Nothing too critical, as you can use double entries for whatever transport is listed as third one to make them all available again.
