Konvois - submarine war

The problem is the konvois run after the axis turn. That`s not good for a submarine war. The submarines to be visible at the allies destroyer and kill then directly in the allies turn.

Konvoi run after the allies turn is better for effective submarine war. This is a desire for the next update at play a effective submarine war.
