Soviet Corps on Win 7 64

Had to redo my hard drive but when I try to install Soviet Corps It tells me It's not compatable with 64 bit system I had it in before and It ran great,,Any hellp is welcome,,It's not the Steam version got it at Matrix

disable temp your anti virus, run as admin, and always add the game file to your safe list, eg in your AV or firewall / etc or both, and remember to install all pre requisites that come with the game

Weird Zack installed it 2X but still shows 1.26 in the main screen
