Rearming torpedo bombers

I thought I read that landing a torpedo unit at an airfield or carrier would rearm them faster than waiting for the unit to reload in the air. Is that no longer true?

It should still be true as far as I'm aware.

Hmm, doesn't work for me. Trying it now on Java Sea campaign and after landing my B5N one turn on a Shokaku carrier, then launching the next there is still a one turn wait on the torpedo use.

Were the devs able to look at this? It seems to not be working as intended.
