deploying concealed troops

Hi a question regarding deployment of troops in the battle set up
Rules say you should deploy 1/4 of your troops in each of the 4 set up segments, if you have troops in ambush or are concealed behind a terrain obstacle so are not visible initially, do you deploy the remainder of the visible troops equally in the 4 quarters or are the concealed tropps deducted from each quarter as per there order of march?

Neither.

As an example, if you had 16 BG's and were to put 3 in ambush you would deploy 4, 4, 4, 1.

All other BG's move up the order of march to fill the gaps.
