Limbered artillery

Found a small oddity in P&S:

dragoons not allowed to charge limbered artillery ( I assume they are allowed to charge unlimbered, now come to think of it I cant recall ever trying...)

After all these years never ran across this (likely as never was lucky enough to have a hidden dragoon pop up on my opponents road march "safely" behind the lines, hehe )
