Multiplayer problem

Hi all, there are few weeks that i can't play PBEM games because all the times when i click on the "multiplayer" button the game wait connection forever.
i have the last patch (1.26) plus Afrika, Allied and Soviet corps installed. And yes i've reinstalled the game.
How can i solve this problem?
