Why am I receiving an email about multiple turn downloads wh

I received an email about downloading turns multiple times several months ago. I posted about this game crashing consistently and having to download turn again and start over I posted my system information and everything that was requested by the devs and yet no Solutions ever suggested or put forth. Now since nothing's changed I have received the same email demanding I post in the Tech forums or risk being banned would you guys just fixed the game and stop harassing me because I can't do anything about downloading the game again when it crashes consistently.

just link tech support with this post, as they see it at maybe cheating, while if you have previously posted game or pc errors etc, it should be fine, junk link them to the thread or posts where you first posted it

WELL now my IP address is locked out for "10 minutes" but really been hours. I don't know how to link tech support. But isn't this the tech Support area? Do they not monitor the threads?

The support team will try and help you and sorry you are having issues but obviously this is specific to you and your device and is not something others are seeing so is very hard for us to fix. There are hundreds of thousands of people with the game and we do nto see others reporting this problem. The redownloading issue is to prevent cheating. It is entirely automated and will generate warnings if the download rate stays too high and can result in banning. Sometimes we get people who report crashes as they think its a way to get around the download system but the system doesn't take crashes in to account as it can be used as a way to hide cheating. Make sure you dont close the app without exiting multiplayer. Make sure your wifi connection is strong and your internet connection too. Beyond that, if we cant repeat the problem here (and unfortunately we cant), sadly there is not much we can do to help.

I guess I will simply make multiple saves going forward. What about the program not responding during the replays?
