US Marines install

I bought and installed US Marines today. Yet when I boot the game it shows I can try it or purchase it...I have all the latest updates so what is wrong?

ok newest version installed ..game still says I can play demo or purchase it...

uninstall and retry, default location and install as admin, making sure folder and doc folders are empty as well before retrying

how do I uninstall just marines..not gonna do the entire game

Probably your game installation is corrupted. I suggest to unistall the game and then reinstall it.

If you have purchased Order of Battle:Pacific you should follow this installation order sequence:

1. Order of Battle: Pacific
2. Update to Order of Battle: WW2
3. Update 1.6.7c
4. Install any DLC

No thanks! So there is no way to uninstall US Marines by itself?

Nope. The issue is not with the DLC itself but rather with the base game.
Try reinstalling the US Marines installer file again, but if it fails, I don't see any other way besides reinstalling the full game like I've suggest previously.

OK I followed your directions! Game runs and reinstalled Morning Sun runs great! US Marines however is the same s---! I did download a fresh install of Marines. How about you just refund my money and we will just call it a wash!!!

Trying again. I am using my install file 194 Its old is there a newer on of these?

No. As far as I know that's only an update file, not a full installer.
You should be using the following files for installing the game:

Order of Battle: Pacific
OrderOfBattle-Pacific-SetupRelease-158.exe

Order of Battle: WW2
OrderOfBattle-WWII-SetupRelease-v248.exe

Update 1.6.7c
OrderOfBattle-WorldWarII-UpdateComp-v267c.exe

US Marines:
OrderOfBattle-USMarines-SetupRelease-v238.exe

In which folder is the game installed?

Question -- Having played Winter War, I think my US Marines install is also corrupt, so I want to try this reinstall route (cannot make it past Solomons scenario). I saved the setup for US Marines, but how can I install the updates up to the latest one (Winter War)? I want to bring back artillery that works. So if I reinstall the "base" game which is now a free download, then install US Marines, how can I avoid updating to the current version? Do you have a link for the updates? Also I did not save the OOB Pacific setup, which I bought as a digital download, so can I request a new download?

Just don't update with the last patch. Obviously you can't install Winter War.
