Break Point Handicap

This doesn't appear to be working for single play.

Tried altering all the handicap settings in Clastium but the BPs remain at Roman 9 and Gallic 12, irrespective.

The 'game status' consistently shows neutral, again irrespective of which option is selected.

Will second this. I want to know if this is intentional and to be added later since the one in DAG battle grays out the AI option and handicap. Would want to know if this is a bug or working as intended
