Income issue

Burma again.

How come the Imperial Japan has no income? Should be 24. Game screenshot from turn-2.

Lukas, if you can fix the scenario, please use the version attached.
I did a zillion changes since the previous version.
I checked the triggers to see if anyone set income = 0, found nothing.

You have several triggers which reduce Japanese income based on hex ownership.

I see that I had forgotten to remove those effects on the secondary objectives... :oops:
