Panzer Corp does Not load

HI when ever I try to launch panzer corp
I get as far as the menu screen, which ask me to select my screen resolution after which the game dies .no error's .
I am running the current version available from steam with the allied and Russian dlc installed .
Attached is the diag.log report from my computer

Open the game installation folder an find a file named PanzerCorps.exe.
Please run it. Do you receive any error message?

I did try to run panzercoprs.exe and no error message

I did
the first time the system found 400 + corrupted files
the second time all files passed verification
the game still wont launch.

Check if any of your Internet security programs (like anti-virus) isn't interfering.

I have windows defender and spyhunter4 installed on my system and panzer corp is on the run list of both programs .
I turned both programs off for this test and still the program will not launch.

one other thing of note . when I try to run the panzer corp update v121 the update does not detect panzer corp installed on my system?

The updates for the Steam version can only be downloaded by Steam, and by default they will download and installed automatically.
Please do not try to install updates for the non-Steam version of the game.

Open the game installation folder and rename the folder "expansion" as "_expansion".
Run the game.

ok done ,, I renamed the folder called Expansion to _Expansion .
game still wont launch.

Uninstall the game.
Create a new Windows account with administrator privileges.
Sign out from your Windows account.
Login in the new Windows account.
Install the game.

I removed the game using the steam option to remove local content.
created a local windows account with admin privileges
signed out of my old account and logged into my new local account
downloaded the game from steam pressed play and same thing the game does not get past the screen resolution option before the game dies.
this Game did work for me until recently.

I can offer one more suggestion:
Disable all background programs in case these are interfering with the normal running of the game.
You can do this by running msconfig and disabling all non-windows start-up programs and services.
Then once you have disabled all non-Microsoft services, please run the game and see if the issue persists.
If it does not, please then reopen msconfig and reenable those services, one by one, until you find the program causing the problem.

the game seems to get lost when it attempts to load the startup page.
do you have a tool available to completely remove the footprint of panzer corp so I can do a clean reinstall?

Do you have a 64bit windows version or a 32bit?
