HELP! campaign downloads not working

what am I doing wrong? I have had two out of the 5 campaigns work that I have downloaded so far
placing in documents/mygames/panzercorp/mods folder

grand campaigns 1.4 and 1.5 work , but non other,
help in this would be appreciated immensily
