What do people think of them as a troop type ?

Are they worth the minimal points they cost ?

Since when shooting they give a minus to CT and they cost very little Yes

On their own they aren't much cop, apart from as a cheap BG. However, team them up with other shooters and the -1 on CTs they give the enemy can be very useful.
