Panzer Corps Can't Be Found on New iPad

I purchased Panzer Corps download for iPad long ago. New iPad restored apps - Panzer Corps is on the list of Apps but "Can't Be Found". I tried going to repurchase it and iTunes shows it downloaded but there is no way to download again! I can't be the first, does anyone have a solution. Thanks,

You might want to check the iOS version on your iPad to ensure it allows the game to run?
