Purchased, and installed, HoN from Steam a few days ago. One of the things I despise about Steam is there is no way I can see to get help. Filed down the threads on HoN which lead......nowhere.
Am here now on my long dormant slitherine account, BECAUSE YOU CANNOT GET HERE FROM STEAM.
Game plays fine, lots of fun, if a bit short on campaigns. Here's the "problem". On initial screens, I decided I'd change the level of play to "LT", and actually create a character with something other than "anonymous" for a name. Cannot generate a new character, or get past log in screen , because user name/password/whatever is wrong. I have NO clue how to get through this screen. Is there anyway to get done what I'm trying to do?
Nice game btw the way, congrats to all who had hand in creating it. Been quite some time since there was a good beer & pretzels PC wargame.....

As far as I know you must login with your Slitherine account username and password.

In order to play with a different player (or create a new one) click on the Options menu and then on Change Player button.
If you want to create a new player you'll need to register (a new account) it first, so press Register button.
To change for another player already registered, just insert the login details of that player/account.
