Instructions:
extract the zip file. There should be five separate *.scn.pck files.

new edited instructions 7/7/2016:

find the location of your FoG(U) folder. copy those five files into \Field of Glory\FoG_Unity_Data\SavedScenarios folder.
the scenarios will show in the scenario lists upon firing up the game.

scenarios are designed to be played without double moves. (and also without fog of war but playing with fow should not affect balance)
