During Twitch session in Nov 2015, representative indicated that iPad version would be available December or January. understand that development takes time but would greatly appreciate an updated ETA . Eagerly awaiting iPad version. Many thanks.

as it's already been mentioned, atm cards have been taking more time than road plan so everything else has been pushed back slightly

Pardon my ignorance, but what do(es) atm ( automatic teller machine ) cards (?) have to do with the game?
In other words not all of us are savvy on all the details of game conversion . I looked through all the posts that I thought could relate and still haven't found a definition of the issue. I did see where there is a testing of ATM cards issue but again based on not knowing what they are did not recognize it is anything affecting Game conversion to tablets. thanks

Ann, the tactical or strategic commands. Interrupts or situational changes. Many thanx for the clarification!

Hi, michaelm52!

We did take more time that we originally planned with the PC version, but the plans for the iPad version have not changed.
We actually internally already have an iPad version that is quite stable (here's a blurry proof!), but we still need to finalize a few things and do the inevitable final testing.

Our current plan is:

1) Release the cards in the main branch of the game.
2) Follow up and add some couple of new cards (Artillery)
3) Fix some multiplayer issues (mainly bugs with the sticky bomb, kicking inactive players, and preventing cheating)
4) iPad beta
5) Release iPad

Considering all this, and time required for the beta and the apple approval process, realistically we think we'll be able to release the iPad version around endOfApril/earlyMay.

I'm sorry for the delay. The good side of this is that the time we're taking to improve the PC version will benefit the iOs version too, and we really want everything to be perfect for the launch.
The iPad version is based on the same source code, so you will find there all the features we are putting in the PC version (including the editor, cards, etc...).

Question:
Will we be able to play with our PC account on the IPad?
And I `m volunteer for the Beta test... :D :D

I had been holding out for the iPad version for quite some time. So yesterday I picked up two seats of the PC version to tide me and my pal over.

At this point I really hope they just put a thick layer of blizzard style polish on the iPad version and it garners Hearthstone numbers of users!

Yes! That's precisely the reason why we don't use the steam based authentication and multiplayer: everything is cross platform, so you can share your progress on both iPad and PC. (Or even start a multiplayer game on PC and continue it on iOs :)). Every time you start the game, your progress is synchronized with our servers.
And I `m volunteer for the Beta test... :D :D
And we would be very foolish not to take you on board. ;)

Hope you have a good time!

I'll refer this wish to our UI programmer, who is an (ex) Hearthstone addict. Even having half the number of users would be good, for me! :D (but yes, that's the idea: arriving to the iPad version with the most polished/playtested version we can).
