When a place is friendly occupied but in the contested, the reinforcement is in the delay state instant of displacing as normal.I want to know if the reinforcement rule has changed in this way, but it is really disadvantage for Allies, hope for answer,thanks.

The rule remains the same and apparently, from what I see from the screenshots, this is an issue. Thank you for the report, we will look into it as soon as possible.
