Guam victory conditions multiplayer

I a current game of Guam multiplayer the game ended after about 4 turns declaring a total victory for US, then the turn was played and returned as per normanl, I played my end and it then declared I had suffered a totol loss. Something is really wrong with this! :wink: :wink:

I guess this is my scenario, I'll take a look at it. It has been a long time since it was last updated.

Checked all primary and secondary objectives, nothing wrong.
It looks like the multiplayer process did something, not the first time unfortunately.

I did a little polishing of the scenario (extremely minor) and uploaded a new version.
It was previously saved in the old 1.9.4, maybe saving it in 2.2.5 will make it a bit more robust.
