Floatplane deployment

I had already deployed the floatplane on the top cruiser.
Deploying on the bottom cruisers give an option to deploy 4 hexes away from the cruiser.
If I select the top hex, the floatplanes is put back in the original cruiser and cannot longer be launced.

Multiplayer game, so no save.
