It's a few weeks since I played this one, so there's little detail, but it seemed to work OK.
RIght hand battlegroup. Hold tight for a bit (I'm sure there's a defensive phase - I usually assume there is). When it calms down cautiously head left , with a small group going north and then working left to take cities.
Left hand group. Clear out the cities immediately North, send a recon or something to claim unoccupied cities. Work right until under the objective. I attacked it too soon and lost a turn or two recovering. Coordinate any northern group with your southern attack and make sure your artillery is in the right place - I mucked mine up and wasted a few turns on that. close in on the central objective and strangle it - your two northern raiding groups close in from the top and left and right teams methodically squeeze from both sides.
If I remember right there's clusters of well entrenched troops so you need to avoid attacking too soon (as well as ensuring that you have distributed the artillery in a way that works). Not easy but it worked with a turn or so to spare.

The left battlegroup (your army) should go on the offensive straight away. The right battlegroup (auxiliaries) should remain on the defensive until the British counter attack has worn off; deploy there a couple of your planes to assist in the defense.
Your army should suffice to capture the three victory objectives, while the auxiliaries can capture non-essential towns and cities for some extra prestige. Also try to knock-out the M2A4 lend-lease tanks for some extra prestige as well.
