Never recieved my boxed copy. (To End All Wars)

I ordered a copy of AGEOD's "To End All Wars" on the online store during the holiday sale. I payed for the download and box copy version and I received my download code and have played it (love the game btw), but as of yet (over a month) I have not received my physical copy of the game. Does it usually take this long for delivery or was there maybe a mistake when it was shipped? I am really looking forward to putting that box on my shelf.
