Just a small historic remark

I was a little surprised noticing that in the file "equipment.pzeqp.txt", troops of Vichy use for sea transport "West_Allied_Landing_Craft" and for air transport "Douglas C-47". It would have been more sensible to use "Axis_Landing_Craft" and "Ju_52".

Vichy hardly appears in game, and certainly doesn't ever use advanced transports.

Not sure it matters much :D
