Campaign Battle Question/View Question

Been playing the campaign add-on, so far so good, hopefully we'll see it expanded as it has a lot of potential. Every battle so far has been an open one- are there attack or defend battles?

Also, how do you rotate the camera in top-down view mode?

Yes, although they are less common.
Also, how do you rotate the camera in top-down view mode?
Unfortunately, you can't.
