Because I am currently in China, so when I started the downloading process today, it crashed several times.

Please contact the manufacturer of the product for support.

Is there some way that I can download your products easily in China without the VPN?

I've edited out the order numbers as these can be used for nefarious purposes Please contact support@slitherine.co.uk with the order number of the product you need to re-download and they will get you a clean link to download your installer.
