PBEM - Date Glitch.

I'm playing a PBEM game as the axis against Stauffenberg using Happycat/Stauffenberg's mod and house rules. On the start of the 3rd turn when I loaded the game the date, which should have shown as October 11, 1939, came up as September 11, 1939. It's like the day advanced correctly but the month didn't. I went ahead and played my turn and emailed it back to Stauffenberg. Have you see this before? Suggestions?
