Special Event Notification with incorrect text

Minor issue I noticed on one of the notifications while playing as Central Powers when Turkey enters the war.

Can't post a picture, but the notification just says event_GoebenBreslauEscape_title in the title and event_GoebenBreslauEscape_descr in the description field.
