Game notifications dont work anymore

Hi,
today suddenly stoped all game and forum messages notifications (so its not maybe just ctgw problem).
Until now it happened just one time out of hundreds turns to me. Today it was 4 times out of 4.

fine, now it works again

and few minutes later ive got 69 notifications from last 4 days at once
