It is really quite lovely, and the page references for common issues are helpful.

Worth printing out in color to promote the game to new players.

Truly excellent quality, which of course is what we have come to expect from the FoG team. Many thanks, guys... this was definitely well worth the wait! :D

Cheers,

On the main FoG page ( http://www.fieldofglory.com/ ), look for the link entitled "On the Field of Glory." There you will find further links to the official QRS, the latest FAQ and Errata sheets, and other helpful resources. The direct link to the QRS page is: http://www.fieldofglory.com/file/Latest ... aylist.pdf

Really a fine bit of work - if a bit hard on the ink cartridges... extremely readable.

Although you have it now, possibly the download didn't complete - it was a little slow
yesterday, no doubt popular...

JD. I have checked QRS to rules and can't find a single material miss. Now I need to do it the otherway. Oh what fun. btw the sheet was really useful as I made me aware of some things that I had forgotten (in some case material things). A big thank you.

BTW, is there going to be any additions to the QRF, such as a Terrain sheet & something to determine initiative?

It rings a vague bell that you get +1 to Cohesion check if shooting at a column. Is that correct, as I couldn't find it on the QRF?

The intention with the QRS was to cover things that you looked at more than once in a game rather than every table. Getting the important tables nicely laid out in decent sized text was a higher priority.

Initiative is calculated automatically if you use the army list spreadsheet and should really be written on your list even if you don't use the sheet.

There is no +1 to CT if shooting at a column. In fact columns are more vulnerable to shooting as only the first three ranks of bases count so one hit forces a test and two hits force a test at -1

True, that can be easily amended to Army list & it should be a doddle to knock up a Spreadsheet with the Terrain chart on.

Re: Column hits - Ah, that must have been what I was thinking of - that *is* useful to know :D
Is the amount of Hits cumlatitive to CT minuses taken on a column? Or does it stop at -1?
(I don't have my rules currently, lent it to a work colleague)

Stops at -1.

The terrain chart is in the back of the rule book. I just look there and then put my rule book to one side.
