Is there a way to rotate a map in the editor? i.e. not to change the view but change the 16,16 to another top, for example on a 16,16 to 32, 32 map change the 32,32 to 16, 16.
I hope you understand me...

ummm I think I get the word: flip horizontal or flip vertical

No, sorry! You could potentially write a plugin I guess, though it may be that there would be things that wouldn't be practical.
