HELP!!!! Loading Problem

Greetings,

I can not get Heroes of Normandie to load on my computer.

The install program keeps asking me to input the serial numbers printed on the DVD, but when I input those exact numbers and click next,
I keep getting the message "Invalid Serial Number"!!!!

HELP!!!! Can someone in Tech support contact me and please tell me how to fix this. Thank you.

Just write an email with the most elements as possible (email address, name, address) to support@slitherine.co.uk

and tell them your problem, or post in tech support here viewforum.php?f=397
