Freeze/Crash when playing any mode

The issue is that the game freezes/crashes roughly 1-8 moves into any game even during the enemies turn. First the damage numbers and Casualties stick on the screen then the units stop moving all together. If I save and then load after it happens everything is where it should be but this is pretty drastic and mentally fustrating when trying to play a whole mission or campaign. especially since it only takes another 1-8 moves to mess up again.

To fix this I've attempted to delete all save files, as well as uninstall and reinstall the game twice now. began to have this issue before the new DLC, and it hasnt gotten any better.

this is going to seem dumb but how do you want me to send the saved game data?

I don't recall it being after an update, it started happening roughly seventeen days ago. I've been playing the game since release.

Well, you have an old system with old drivers, but you probably had already have them.
Where's the game installed? Is it in the default folder at C:\Program Files (x86)?

Could you please post the file named error.log that can be found in your Windows doucments folder at:

...\Documents\My Games\Warhammer 40,000 Armageddon

Please try to disable all background programs in case these are interfering with the normal running of the game.
You can do this by running msconfig and disabling all non-windows start-up programs and services.
Then once you have disabled all non-Microsoft services, please run the game and see if the issue persists.
If it does not, please then reopen msconfig and reenable those services, one by one, until you find the program causing the problem.

It didn't fix the issue, but I went through the process anyway just in case but now the Games even worse off. I can no longer click on units at all. I also got this error several times throughout the procedure.

Open the game installation folder, find a subfolder named Audio and rename it as _Audio.
Start the game and check if the issue persists.

It depends. Games can stress the hardware that the standard programs can't.

Reinstall the game in a different folder than the one you have installed.
