Like for now I want to know when/how I have to keep the first Rudel hero in order to receive the second.

For Rudel II, it is summarized in this post: viewtopic.php?f=121&t=42654&start=40#p404788 . Searching can be difficult, it is hard to give concrete advice but the first thing I do is I usually search with the option: 'Display results as posts'. I'm a fast reader and the blocks of text quickly give me an indication. What might also help is to limit the search to a single subforum. For this type of info, I would just tag the main 'Panzer Corps' forum but disable searching in the subforums. If this doesn't yield results, pick a likely subforum (for example Open beta).
It also helps to have a good specific search string/phrase, for example if you use 'Rudel' you will get the phonebook (350+) if you search within 'Post subjects and message text'.
But the same search for 'Rudel' in 'Topic titles only' yields four results, including the one you need. So actually limiting the search at first will get better results if the search phrase is very specific. But if I have to use several search phrases, I will try to avoid ones that give too many false positives, for example 'hero' will give tons of matches. An example while searching in the main forum using the search within 'Post subjects and message text' option, if I use 'Rudel stuka hero' I only get 23 matches, but the correct thread appears a bit late. 'Rudel stuka' gives 54 but the relevant thread is second and third result, actually better.
Luckily the community here is very helpful, so you are not totally dependant on the search function!
