WH40K Armageddon (PC) crashes on multi-player game load

I'm running the most recent 1.08a patch. Immediately after selecting a multiplayer game and clicking "load", I get the following two error message boxes, then the game crashes. Any ideas?

Please uninstall and reinstall in a different folder outside Program Files (x86), like for example C:\Games\Slitherine\....

If the issue still persists, then please try the following:
Open the game installation folder. Locate and select a file named autorun.exe.
Press the right mouse button and select Properties.
Click on the Compatibility tab.
Tick the option Run this program as an administrator.
Click on Apply and Ok. Double click on autorun.exe for running the game abd check if the issue is persisting
