New to Pazer Corps...DLC Question
Hello all,
New here. Purchased Allied Corps, and like it very much. Looking at getting one of the Campaign DLC's, but they require either the original Panzer Corps or Panzer Corps: Afrika Korps. My question is, does Allied Corps satisfy this requirement also? If not, which one should I get in order to play the Campaign DLC's?
Thanks,
Alan

Re: New to Pazer Corps...DLC Question
If you bought your Allied Corps in the Slitherine Shop and buy your DLC's directly from Slitherine as well you are fine with just AC. You won't be able to to register your games on Steam without the original Panzer Corps:Wehrmacht game tho. This is a limitation caused by the Steam distribution system. As long tho you aren't interested in Steam this isn't any issue.

Re: New to Pazer Corps...DLC Question
I bought it from the Matrix website. Not concerned with Steam. Still should be fine?
Re: New to Pazer Corps...DLC Question
Yes, it doesn't matter if you bought it from Matrix or Sliterine, it is the same software and they even have partially merged the sites. Only Steam works a bit differently. So you should be fine.

Purchased the1939 Grand Campaign and works fine using Allied Corps.
Re: New to Pazer Corps...DLC Question
How do you like the 1939 Grand Campaign? How does it differ from the 1939 campaign that comes with Panzer Corps?pensfan_slith wrote:Purchased the1939 Grand Campaign and works fine using Allied Corps.
Thanks!

Re: New to Pazer Corps...DLC Question
Grand Campaign '39 (DLC) contains a string of 10 missions worth (or 14 total), only focussing on the invasions of Poland and Norway. It can be continued in separate '40, '41, '42.. '45 Packs.
The 1939 campagin that comes with Panzer Corps is of similar length to one DLC pack, but covers the entire war.

So it's a more detailed depiction of those particular theatres of war?BiteNibbleChomp wrote:Grand Campaign '39 (DLC) contains a string of 10 missions worth (or 14 total), only focussing on the invasions of Poland and Norway. It can be continued in separate '40, '41, '42.. '45 Packs.

Re: New to Pazer Corps...DLC Question
Yes, but much longer. And there's no grand alternate history paths (except for Sealion 45) - you are virtually guaranteed to lose the war.
