Battle Academy Multiplayer Unable To Access

Hello, I am in the middle of 'Vital Village' game on Multiplayer, but now cannot access multiplayer as I keep getting the message: 'The server has been unable to validate your details'. I am able to access multiplayer ok on BA2 and have not made any upgrades or adjustments to my settings. I am using an ipad mini. Grateful for your help in accessing multiplayer again. Many thanks.
