I HAVEN'T MY GAME YET

Hi all,
I'm edoardo and I write from Italy (sorry for my bad english).
I've bought COMMANDER EUROPE AT WAR on 05/24/2008 and I've paid it by credit card.
After this I had received an e-mail and clicking on the link I've download "Digital River Download Manager" to download the game...this software always say me: 'The server has returned an error response: 403 = Forbidden.' and don't download nothing.

I'VE PAID FOR A GAME AND I DON'T HAVE IT!!!!!!

Sorry you are having problems. Can you send your order details to info@slitherine.co.uk and we'll investigate the problem. Alternatively you can also download the demo our website and activate this as it is the same full version.

I've sent you the order info.
I just have the DEMO on my PC but I haven't the code to activate the full version...where I can find it??

On the ativation screen you'll see a hardware fingerprint - mail this to us with the order number and you'll be set up.
